STJ & Co is constructing commercial complex Mohali Citi Avenue at Aero City in Rupnagar (Ropar), SAS Nagar district of Punjab.
The project will spread over 4.04 acre of land parcel and see development of a building.
Work on the project commenced in June 2022. As per the update shared with Projects Today, around 15 percent work on the project has been completed.
The project is expected to be completed by August 2023.
