The Bihar Medical Services & Infrastructure Corporation has invited bids for redevelopment of Patna Medical College & Hospital for 250-admission medical college and 5,462-bed hospital at its existing campus of Ashok Rajpath, Patna.

The work also includes redevelopment of other buildings such as staff/faculty residence, hostels, auditorium, MLCP, medical/non-medical services, SITC of medical/non-medical furniture, E&M service, MIS, LMS, external development, demolition of the existing structure, etc and supply of medical equipment at the existing campus of Ashok Rajpath, Patna on EPC mode.

The work also includes civil works construction with internal/external plumbing and sanitary works, electrical works (LT & HT), site development, boundary wall, sewerage treatment plant, HVAC, fire detection, fire alarm and suppression, CCTV, landscaping, medical/non-medical furniture, STP/ETP, WTP, computer and server, landscaping, medical services, MGPS, SITC of medical equipment, demolition of the existing structure, etc.

The value of the project is Rs 4,831.77 crore with completion period of 84 months.
