TVS ILP, a part of TVS Mobility Group, recently broke ground for a new warehouse in Cuttack, Odisha, for which it will invest around Rs 125 crore in the project. This marks the company’s expansion efforts in the eastern part of the country. The upcoming facility spans across 24 acres of land, housing two large warehouses on five lakh sq. ft., catering sectors like FMCG, FMCD, 3PL, and e-commerce.

With its presence at the confluence of the Mumbai and Chennai-Kolkata highways (off NH 55), it affords connectivity to the Paradip port and major parts of the country. The project is anticipated to complete it by the end of December 2024. Moreover, the logistics park in Cuttack is expected to generate over 110 direct employment opportunities in the region, and between 500 to 1,000 indirectly. The Choudwar Industrial Estate, with its growth potential and the new facility would enable businesses to meet the rapidly growing demand.

This facility further reinforces the company’s commitment to build industrial parks every 400 km in India. Additionally, TVS ILP will explore similar opportunities in other Tier-II towns in Odisha, while being the first national logistics park player to enter the state.
