Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL) has formed a joint venture (JV) with Jakson Green for clean energy EPC projects globally. The two have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to this effect.

The JV will help to create synergy in the design, execution and delivery of EPC projects globally by both partners and will also bolster India’s decarbonization goals.

RVNL will bring in its expertise as an infrastructure behemoth, and Jakson as a renewable energy facilitator will cater to the requirements for Giga-scale EPC clean energy-focused projects in Middle East/North Africa (MENA), Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and Asia Pacific (APAC) countries.
