Purvah Green Power has received and accepted a letter of award (LoA) from CESC for setting up of a solar PV power project.
The power utility major has selected its subsidiary Purvah Green for the development of a 300 MW solar PV project. Of the 300 MW capacty, 150 MW would be under tariff-based competitive bidding in India, and the rest would be under the greenshore option.
The power purchase agreement (PPA) would be in force for 25 years, starting from the scheduled commencement of power supply. This project marks a significant step in CESC's renewable energy expansion.
CESC operates in the generation, transmission, and distribution of electrical power across various regions.
