1. Boolean Searches :

i. AND - Shows results where both terms on either side of the 'AND' operator are present. 'AND' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi AND metro result - It will return records in which 'delhi' as well as 'metro' both are present.

ii. OR - Shows results where either term (or both terms) is present. 'OR' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi OR metro result - It will return records in which either 'delhi' or 'metro' or both are present

2. Proximity Searches

A proximity search looks for terms that are within a specific distance from one another. For example, search term - 'delhi metro'~10 result - It will search for records where 'delhi' and 'metro' are found within 10 words of each other

3. Phrase searches

You can search phrases using double quotes. for e.g. 'delhi metro' result - It will return records where 'delhi metro' phrase is found.

Numaligarh Refinery to infuse Rs 6,555 cr on petrochemical project

Numaligarh Refinery, a subsidiary of state-run Oil India, will make an investment of Rs 6,555 crore to set up a petrochemicals project at Numaligarh in Assam. 
 
The company also announced the formation of a joint venture (JV) between Assam Gas Company (AGCL) for the three geographical areas (GAs) offered by the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) under the 11th round of city gas distribution (CGD) bidding. 
 
In October 2021, the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MoPNG) has approved a revised project cost of Rs 28,026 crore for the ongoing Numaligarh Refinery expansion project to increase refining capacity from three million tpa to nine million tpa. 
 
This will be the single largest investment in northeast India. It also includes constructing a crude oil import terminal at the Paradip port in Odisha and laying of a 1,635 km long crude oil pipeline from Paradip port to Numaligarh.
