Naini Aerospace (NAL) which makes looms and stub wings of fighter aircraft Tejas will train pilots to fly drones with multiple usage in different sectors.
Drone pilots will be trained at the unit’s premises at Naini. The course will commence by the end of January or beginning of February 2023.
For this, the company has started making preparations to open a remote pilot training organisation (RPTO) for training drone pilots in an area of around 10 acre land parcel.
License will be taken from Director General Civil Aviation (DGCA) to open the training centre.
