MoRTH invites bids for four-laning of Shimoga-Mangalore section on NH-169

The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) has invited bids for the widening to four-lane on NH-169 along the Shimoga-Mangalore section in Karnataka on EPC mode.

The work is for four-laning with paved shoulder from design km 25.15 to km 56.70 (except km 52.70 to 53.50) of NH-169 (Nellisara Camp to Thirthalli) on the Shimoga-Mangalore section.

The estimated project cost is Rs 402.67 crore, with a completion period of 24 months.

The maintenance of the project is of five years, wherein the contractor will be liable for maintenance and rectification of any defect or deficiency in the project after completion of the construction period.

The bid submission due date is 6 July, 2023.
