The Maharashtra State Public Works
Division (PWD) has invited bids for construction of a bypass road in Solapur on
Kurduwadi-Barshi Latur road SH-77, outside Barshi town.
The road project is estimated to cost Rs.12.5
crore and is expected to be completed in 18 months. The project would be
awarded on BOT basis and the contractor would be given tolling rights.
The last date for
submission of tender documents is 1 April 2002.
