Land allotment is in the process for 4Mann Panel's new aluminium composite panel sheets manufacturing unit with a capacity of 13.20 lakhs sqm per annum at Vile-Bhagad Industrial Area in the Raigarh district of Maharashtra.
The proposed unit will outspread over 0.32 acres of land parcel and create employment opportunities for about 55 people.
The company will fund the project with a bank loan of Rs 31.23 crore, with the remaining Rs 21 crore coming from internal accruals.
According to updates available with Projects Today, 4Mann Panel is yet to finalise the architect and the machinery supplier for the project.
