Provider of IT infrastructure services, Kyndryl has opened a 250,000 sq. ft. office space in Embassy Manyata Business Park in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The office will support the company's global delivery operations, promote hybrid working, and enhance customer experiences.

The new office will host the company’s first global Kyndryl Customer Experience Center (CEC), a global Security Operations Center (SOC), a Network Operations Center (NOC), and a Kyndryl Vital Studio. Aiming to make customers more adaptive, and future ready, the new office will provide an integrated view of tech skills and capabilities. It will facilitate building an environment which encourages collaboration and drives personal productivity, through expertise and speed at scale using AI-powered automation systems

The inclusive office offers facilities for people with disabilities, gender-neutral restroom, and is designed in alignment with the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) guidelines and has a comprehensive waste management system to reduce landfill waste. It is aligned to achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2040. The company also received an EcoVadis Silver rating in its first full financial year.
