Krisumi Corporation, a leading real estate developer, is set to invest Rs 2,000 crore in Phase-III & Phase IV of Krisumi City, comprising 1,051 luxury units in Sector- 36A, Gurugram in Haryana. The investment is in addition to the land cost.
Spanning 5.88 acres, 'Waterside Residences' and 'Waterfall Suites II' will feature four towers with one-BHK, two-BHK, three-BHK, and four-BHK penthouses ranging from 940 sq. ft. to 10,316 sq. ft. The project boasts a total developable area of 2.3 million sq. ft. (built-up area). In addition, Krisumi will develop a club over two acres, with a built-up area of approx. 1,60,000 sq. ft. in Sector 36A, Gurugram, entailing an investment of Rs 350 crore.
Having received RERA approval earlier this year, construction activities commenced last month, with the project scheduled for completion by December 2029. The Cascades Club will be a landmark, offering the first indoor air-conditioned sports facilities, a first in NCR.
Witnessing a significant shift towards larger, luxury apartments post-pandemic, the company is confident of achieving a total revenue realisation of Rs 4,000 crore. The funding for this project will come from a mix of equity contribution, sales proceeds, and internal accruals.
