Keystone Realtors has acquired about 88 acres land parcel in Kasara, Thane, marking its foray into plotted development. The total consideration for the land purchase is Rs 91 crore.
The Kasara project would comprise of around 500 plots of different sizes, which would total to approx. 1.5 million sq. ft.
The company has already applied for RERA registration and plans to launch the project in the current quarter, that is, Q2/FY25.
The segment offers an attractive market to tap into, to meet the evolving needs of customers.
