K&R Rail Engineering has received a work order, from JK Cement for the survey work of a railway siding project at Muddapur in Bagalkot district of Karnataka. The contract is valued at around Rs 300 crore.
The designa nd survey services are for railway siding taking off from Lokapur station in South Western Railway in Phase-I, and EPC in Phase-II.
The stipulated time period for work completion under Phase-I is three months, and is set at 18 months for Phase-II.
