Commercial fit-out company, 91Squarefeet plans to design and build 500 commercial office spaces by the end of 2024.
Aiming to make a brand that stands for quality at reasonable prices, the company plans to increase its footprint by constructing commercial spaces spanning 2.5 million sq. ft., compared to the one million sq. ft. completed in FY23. It had earlier announced plans to hire 500 project managers and 100 architects and has been leveraging AI technology to half project timelines and costs, over the past year.
With its focus on sustainable practices, the company intends to make 40 percent of its new offices eco-friendly. Among its notable projects are VLCC, ION Consulting, TableSpace, HDFC Bank, Kotak, Cultfit, Decathlon, Bluestone, and others.
Last year, 91Squarefeet delivered 200 office spaces and 100 outlets across various cities in India. Clocking a 300 percent year-on-year growth, the company is on track to surpass its revenue target of Rs 130 crore in FY24.
