We expect the mining sector to pick up after successful auctions of substantial coal mines to private and public companies

Q. 3. While executing Infra projects, will Atlanta prefer the safe and secure EPC route or would like to take up PPP projects also?

Atlanta Limited is contemplating a blend of EPC as well as PPP projects. Atlanta Limited would like to take up PPP projects having IRR 18% and above

Q.4. What is Atlanta's exposure in Real Estate sector? How much land bank you possess?

So far Atlanta Limited has completed about more than 3 million sq. ft. for Residential and Commercial projects in and around Mumbai. At present Atlanta Limited is developing 13.60 Lacs Sq.Ft. for Commercial and Residential projects at various cities.
