NRI realty investment in India after COVID-19

This global scare has made NRIs think of investing in their own country as rupee is at an all time low and property values are currently in their best state for offering higher ROIs in future. The uncertain market trends also have made property investment the safest avenue for long-term investment. Hence, NRI who have always been the key growth drivers in real estate market can give their best shot in lockdown period with realtors adopting different discount offers and strategies to keep the sales in motion.

How Commercial real estate show a northward trend in Tier-II market post COVID-19?

Due to better job opportunities in Tier-I cities, millions of individuals from small towns come every year in search of a better living standard. However, post lockdown will be about saving few bucks and explore business opportunities close to near ones in hometowns that would lead to job generation there. The situation has been an eye-opener for government as well, the need of distribution and reallocation of industries and commercial spaces has emerged out to be the need of the hour. Tier-II markets will probably witness a gradual spike in demand of commercial real estate as more and more companies would want to shift to cost effective markets.  Increased preference for integrated townships on the outskirts of these cities will also be proving as an immediate influencing factor for commercial real estate to prosper here.
