For addressing national priorities and objectives of adequate production of seed and planting material, hybrids, promotion of new technologies like tissue culture etc. restructured scheme Sub-Mission on Seeds and Planting Material has been launched. After approval of the scheme, existing schemes of seed division will be subsumed in it.
