National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC) has issued a tender for providing architectural and engineering consultancy services for the development of basic infrastructure for new industrial estates at Deeli, Meera Sahib at Jammu and Sole Sungal, Gura Jagir at Akhnoor in Jammu & Kashmir on project management contract (PMC) mode.

The scope of work comprises concept to commissioning including planning, designing and architect services, detailed project report (DPR), land development, internal and external roads, and provisioning of water supply, drainage, electrical works (internal and external), parking, boundary wall, protection work, solar, CCTV, ESS, rainwater harvesting and other allied services.

The preparation of master plan and designing various options such as layout plan and floor plans are also included, as per the general conditions of contract.

The completion period is 15 months, wherein the detailed project report (DPR) must be prepared and submitted within 30 days of the award of work.

The defect liability period is valid for 24 months.

The last date for bid submission is 13 February, 2023.
